Highest steam level profile atm?

I am trying to keep my level at 13 so I have bad luck.

Odd because I remember someone else on my friends list being the highest at level 30 a few weeks ago, now that person has been bumped down to third place with 43.

Steam is a 2 class society now thanks to this Steam level system :( A level 80 something doesn't want to trade with me because i'm just 13...

Lool, people with levels like 150 or more must have wasted on cards more than I spent on my steam games in total. xD

But to me it says "The Steam Level is a quick way for users to see how much someone has wasted on virtual pictures, instead of buying games."

Yes, i think palmdesert is the highest level on steam too, he is on lvl 196 now.
The second might be Hajo with lvl 194.
