The winners shouldn't be marking received if they didn't get the correct game o.o

Winners often don't know anymore what they are doing that the givers. That's why we don't have DIE purchasable GA's available anymore. People kept marking the free beta pass under one of those, and the majority of winners were marking them as received.

Many super clever people keep making giveaways for the wrong game with their free PC Gamer keys.
I don't even care about the lame attempt at CV. But, through the ignorance of the givers and apparently a lot of winners, they are getting their giveaways marked received, despite having given the wrong game.
So a lot of big winners have their accounts looking like they won a game and did not activate it. Wouldn't they all get suspended if reported, or some such consequence?
And of course you also have the goons who think they are smart selecting a game with a similar title, getting false giveaways marked received.
