Depends on the game. Borderlands DLCs are still shown, but yes, Dead Island DLC's are not visible in the library or game list in your profile.

You can get ur game revoked cuz you used a VPN, but now that key is considered region free, so dont worry.

You shouldn't do that again, Steam might let it go for the first time, but they would't if you keeping activate your games via VPN(unless your VPN is not on your blacklist).
