If a game you want hits the price point you want at Autumn, there's really no reason not to wait unless you can't afford it at the time. I look at Autumn/Black Friday as a "preview" of the Winter Sale, b/c everything you see during Autumn, you'll almost surely see it at Winter.

On Winter Sales and Summer Sales there are usually an "event" . In this event there will be available a new "special" badge to craft .
In order to craft a badge you need to complete a set of cards . These cards will drop by voting 3 times in the Community Choice , spending X amount of money (probably 5 $/Euros/black market money) or you can buy them from the Community Market .
Crafting a badge will get you a background for your profile , an emoticon and a random In-Game item in a game (TF2 , PoE , etc) , and you will also get you 50 exp ( I think ) .

BLACK AUTUMN FRIDAY SALE ?!
Why not.I don't have cash though, I'm still saving to buy a shitty 200$ GPU.

$150 is my monthly salary when I exclude rent.Impossible to buy anything over $250.
I bought a Sapphire R9 280 for $200, waiting for cargo to arrive.
Yes, I do live in a shitty counry that pays only enough to survive.

Are the games on sale in black friday + autumn usually repeated in winter or with better prices?

Sales are pretty much the same with all the Steam season sales. The only difference is that with some games coming out/aging new games can be added. So that one game that didn't go on sale during the summer sale might be on a decent sale during the autumn/winter sale. The one thing is that the prices don't really change so there's really no difference between the two. If you see a game you want during the Autumn sale and it's on sale for 75% off just get it since it'll most likely be the same price during the winter sale.

I just want the Lucasarts Adventure Pack to go on sale. Its been two years since it was on sale. I've also just noticed that they increased the base price of each of the games by $1 (20% increase). At least that means Disney is aware that the games are even on Steam! Perhaps they'll put them on sale!

Yes, last year especially if something was 75% on Autumn, it was the same at Winter. The sales are so close to each other that they don't want to screw over those who buy during Autumn by discounting it further on Winter. Steam users throw shitfits very easily (I can understand one in this case) so the discounts will not be different. The only difference is Winter/Xmas is longer and will probably have card bullshit attached to it like Summer. Autumn wont. There will be other games in Winter sale that wont be seen during Autumn as well.

I'm cheapskate, wait for 80% and then buy from Russians lol

Hence why we all need to start waiting for games to hit 80% off so we pay barely more than the Russians. Don't get how investors assume all of us will happily ignore massive price differences and just gobble up the KoolAid. Hell with that.

I don't even buy new games. I usually wait for ~80%, I can wait that one year or so. Besides, too many games, too little time.

I'm usually at least a year behind, so I'm paying -80% off of a reduced MSRP. But so long as its new to me, I'm fine with it.
Case in point, I just finished Tomb Raider last week (excellent game) and I'm playing Sleeping Dogs now (very good sandbox game). I don't need the hottest thing, especially when I already own so many games.

^this. I finished Tomb Raider this year too. I think, back in July? Got it during the summer sale anyway. Everyone has too many games.

The Brazilians and the Filipinos are the "next in line" after the Russian prices.

Dont be so sure. Shadow of Mordor will unquestionably be on a Daily Deal. 50 is pushing it, but its already hit 33% in multiple places. 40-50% is not out of the question, but I would say around 40% is more likely. It'll be out more than 3 months during Winter sale.

Another thing to keep in mind is that other retailers (notably Amazon) should have some good deals during this time period as well, or at least will match Steam prices. Last year during Black Friday, they discounted MANY new titles heavily (Steam didn't do this) but these in particular were usually were very short deals (i.e. BF4 was 50% off for like 12 hours). Many games hit all time lows during Amazon's sales. Also the chance of price screwups there too.
However, Amazon for the last 6-9 months have not been very good with PCDD discounts. They used to have a rep that would post on Reddit and CAG regularly, but they don't do that anymore. We also used to be able to get a list of everything that was going on sale (for how much and when as well) so you could budget accordingly. That doesnt look to be happening this year. I would bet they do have an event sale, but it will be unknown whats going to be in it until it happens.
Last year, Amazon's Black Friday and Xmas sales were very strong, equal and even surpassing Steam in some respects + Amazon used to give a $5 coupon for their January sale with every purchase during the holiday sales. Only can wait and see what happens this year.

You can easily purchase on Amazon from out of the country using an American address. Its also possible to find people on Steamtrades that will trade Amazon sold games at a small profit. If theres something you really want, there's always a way to get it.

Funny to read all those surprised faces that Autumn Sale happens now. It's was always so close, as it's not Autumn Sale, it's Black Friday sale - they call is Autumn because not everyone has Black Friday, but Valve's doing business in US time, which means following main business day.
Same thing with so-called Winter Sale that starts when there's still Calendar Autumn - they do Xmas Sale, but they simply can't aggravate not-xmas people so they call in Winter/Summer-for-those-Under.
