Thanks for the suggestion, but cg has been hard at work making a few adjustments lately we hope that they help the community more in the long run.

Loko hasn't come back yet, so I will throw out what I THINK happens with that.

IIRC, that list is scraped from the list of games available on Steam automatically and the support team on here doesn't have much control over it, if any. I may be wrong, but I THINK I read one of the mods/admins saying that at some point.

Because people are actually giving away legitimate Nexuiz preorder giveaways instead of the beta keys. Crazy, right? I know, you don't have to tell me. I was there.

How would you know they weren't suspended because the only way to link back to their account was removed? Unless you're obsessively saving their usernames to check back on them later. Which is a concerning timesink.
