It works, but as stated, only 2 Support members are able to do anything, and since the Support forum is like the regular forum, a 6 month old topic is way down there.

He gave you negative rep just to be the first negative on your profile. You're not supposed to retaliate with negative reps and just leave a message for support to remove it. Otherwise they have to remove 2 reps instead of 1 and just banning him.
Also, grammar aside you might want to change your profile comment to "My Steam Trades profile have over 300 positive feedback and 1 negative".

I have very good reputation as a trader on steam rep with little more than 300 positive rep.
When some idiot just randomly i guess selected me and gave me negative rep.
I don't know why and for what reason because we never talked, and i never even seen this guy profile before.
Can i do anything about that. It's very idiotic that someone just can select you and give you negative rep for no reason.
