It's very hard, it requires a lot of thinking and knowledge.

But I think it's worth it.

nope. but it has to do with the sentence at the end of the itstoohard puzzle. hope i didn't spoil anything
nothing works. i tried several programs. even looked at the code itself, from character to character... my eyes are not well trained yet for this. but i won't give up! i want skyrim.

Sometimes hard puzzles are not actually hard puzzles, just "try so much things until you find what I was talking about" puzzles.

So we have a case of "Guess what I am thinking" and the only clue I can come up with is the keyword "Magic".

Assuming that 66 is the key, I tried looking for every cryptography technique with the word magic in it but all of them take me back to WW II.
