what happens if i do a give away

If i do a giveaway what happens?

what is the benefits?

Reason i ask is i have a suspicious feeling that there is a give away that isn't real.
the guys account is 2 days old and his steam level is 9 with no game on his giveaway that is listed here.

reported it yes as i find it suspicious.

might do a give away later in the year tho tbh
