I'm going to go on a tangent and say that you're fighting a losing game regarding "fairness" in giveaway groups, since there will always be issues when you invite people you don't know, and sometimes those issues will ruin the trust of other people in that specific (community) no matter how good moderation is. Having money involved just adds to the tension.
Good luck though.

Your rules seem very fair. Hope people won't abuse them. Or if they do, hope you can keep them in line.
I need ask: what's your policy on private Steam profiles? I do not have a public profile - because I enjoy my right to privacy. However I was rejected by a few groups beacause of that (but it's cool - it's their right not to accept people they don't trust).
If a private profile is not an issue for you I would like to join. You can see on my SG profile that I'm a contributing member. And I think groups are a way to go here so I would like to help build a new one.

"- to prevent leeching, we require a single, non-bundle giveaway within 48 hours after entering the group"
When would this rule go into effect? I assume it won't count for now, as there's only 3 members in the group? Will you put this rule into effect when there's, say, 20 members, and have a "first giveaway round"?
I'd be interested in joining, too :). The rules and group description sound good to me, and I particularly like the attitude of "if you're unable to make GA's, just don't enter stuff!"

Cool. I'll check it out tomorrow and reply here to remind you for the invite :)

That "if you're unable to make GA's, just don't enter stuff" is one of the points i also like.
I would also join but i know it gonna be a long way yet to solve my financial problems atm so it's not like i will be able to really contribute as i would like anytime soon.
Good luck with the group.

Hello, I'm interested in joining your group and I agree with your rules.
(Mimochodem ahoj. Docela mě překvapuje, že takovouhle skupinu zakládá zrovna někdo z ČR. :-))

Life's not fair. We are.
UPDATE! We'll be recruiting 4 more members every two weeks until we hit 40.
CV requirement was increased to 200. Entry giveaway is still required.
We managed to recruit bunch of friendly people (28 when I'm editing the thread) who actively participate in discussions and now, we're looking for even more. Until this day, we hosted around 200 non-bundle and 50 bundle game giveaways. There're also occasional key drops and events.
Detailed info about the group is posted on the group's main page.
Spreadsheets:
Points
Giveaways (there are two sheets on this one - one with current and one with ended giveaways, some older GAs aren't included since the sheet was created just recently)
Point system explained:
Everytime you make a giveaway, you earn "Win points" (WP) or "Bundle Points" (BP) - depending on whether the game was in a bundle before, or not.
1 Win Point equals 1$ (pretty much like SG's contributor value). 1 Bundle Point equals 1 game.
Once you WIN a giveaway, you lose certain amount of WPs or BPs (the above applies - 1WP=1$, 1BP=1game).
WPs/BPs shall be given once you make a giveaway (as soon as possible), if you close it/no entries gained, etc., your points will be removed.
Main rules:
Note: Being active in chat is not a requirement, but it's recommended (nice people to talk with, random key drops...).
