I see lots of Sniper Ghost Warrior 2: Digital Extras giveaways. But As far as i know Collectors Edition Upgrade and Digital Extras are different. Is it allowed to give a dlc under a different name?

I clicked the link and it says I'm logged in as someone named "hestyxgravity15" wtf?
Then I clicked account and it changed and I was signed in as something like 'jarlbalgruuf006' or something. o.O

Closed the page and opened it again and it was back to normal. That was weird though...

I thought that the collector edition includes what the digital extras has and then some or I am contemplating the game for the wrong reasons?
