I'm pretty sure it's a scam. The website offers game keys in much the same way other known scam sites do, via referrals. Typically, after receiving enough points they will ask you to sign into Steam through them, thereby revealing your username and password to them, allowing the site to steal your account. I have yet to come across a website like this which isn't a scam.

The site is real, but a scam. You have to make a video after you like exchange points for game and then you aren't guranteed to get the game.
