Absolutely the same thing I felt. I KNOW they are good games and I should have been happy about it, yet I felt really, really mixed. I was expecting something like Borderlands 1, maybe GOTY - I own the game, yet it would have been better in terms of bundle consistency.

They are not bad this time,but i think the shoud be in the lowest tier,and deus ex,just cause 2 and that lara croft game to be in the bta.They coud of done lots more sells that way.

So? I'll repeat sisyphus's question, why would you expect a Final Fantasy game to be part of the bundle.

Look at it this way. To the best of my knowledge, there are 4 FF titles on PC. 2 of which are p2p MMO's, so those are out. One just came out less than a year ago, and you rarely see "new releases" on HB unless it's in limited quantity, so that one is out. Which leaves what is arguably THE most popular FF title they've ever made. Which means when people buy it, SE wants to make sure they get the full amount of money they deserve for it.

Similar to what I posted in the other HB thread. FF series is a cash cow type product for SE. It will always make some money, and people will always buy them sales or not. No reason for them to ever be put in a bundle.

Aye, bundles are for games that aren't selling enough any more, or for series that they're trying to hype the upcoming sequel. They're not going to give away something with value if they can still makes lots of money by simply having a small sale.

If they had added a FF game to this bundle, it would've been either VII or VIII and it would've had to have been alone at a $20 tier. Essentially, it would've just been a sale. SE isn't going to shoot themselves in the wallet for no reason.
