Alright, this is weird but I thought I knew you, but I only recognize the profile image.

I know of at least one other person that posts regularly on steamgifts that uses the same avatar, so maybe that is what you are thinking of.
It is not unusual that others would use this same avatar since it is one of the ones that you can pick from when you go to set your avatar in Steam (by clicking on the "choose from Official Game Avatars" link).
It is actually from a fairly popular game, but I don't think it is actually in the game (although I've yet to play it), at least in a recognizable form.
