bundle giveaway credit

So I made some giveaways yesterday but my profile amount didn't increase, is this right?

I thought you didn't get the full value for bundle giveaways but I thought I would get something the games had a total normal value of $110 but my profile remained at $30. If it turns out I don't get any increase from bundle games then there'll be no more giveaways from me.

You can raise your contribution by giving away games that haven't been bundled that will also increase the amount you get from bundled titles at the same time.

I did read the forum the answers were less than clear, but from what is posted above no matter how many bundle games I give away I can't get more that $30?

You can increase the cap on bundle contributions by doing non-bundle contributions.

On the other hand, you can`t judge him - some gave away tons of "indiegala minibundles (1$)" games and got huge CV. I, myself, did not spend over 10$ (if we exclude The Witcher) on the games I gave away and I have 100CV.

I can't tell if you're serious, but he's making fun of you.

After your first $30, bundle games can only count for 20% of your total. That is to say that right now, if you gave away a non-bundle game worth $8, your contributor value would go up to $40, because the $8 would be credited and would also allow for $2 of your bundle-value-over-$30 to be credited (since that much would be 20% of your non-bundle giveaways.)

tl;dr version: You need to give away non-bundle stuff for your bundle stuff to count (and after the first $30, the ratio needs to be at least 4 non-bundle dollars to every bundle dollar.) It's not that there is no contributor value to it, but you have to give away other stuff, too.
