Damn... they completely locked Risen 3 and Sacred 3. And Witcher 3 is not yet locked, but has its own ID in the RU store, so they could lock it later. And if I got this right I missed all these 3 only by a few days...

Since your question is very broad, yes we can. Newest AA or AAAs whatever are all locked, but indies aren't.
