I WANT TO STEAL THEM.

Ok, no, just curiosity.

I keep mines in a .text file, isn't the best way but is the easiest, so some ideas wouldn't be bad.

I claim all my pages and keep them in my profiles.

IndieGala is the sloppy one which does require me to keep a text file.

I know, humble bundle made it better to identify which games are not activated in your library.

That's where I keep mine too. Humble, Indie Gala, Groupees, Indie Royale, Indie Game Stand, they all have their libraries and I keep my games there. Redeemed, not redeemed, that I often have no clue (except for Groupees where I can mark it and Humble which now shows a lit). It's not like I really play these games.

I also keep lists in gmail drafts of games I own on Groupees, Indie Gala and Indie Royale, so I can find out if I already bought a particular game. I should probably add one for Humble too. I also have a list of places where I have digital content.

Never noticed Humble shows unredeemed stuff at the bottom of your library before. Also surprised I had anything unredeemed. Tend to give them away immediately so I won't lose track.

I move mine all into a folder in my e-mail called "game keys". Probably not the best way of doing it, but keeps them all in the same place and I use them all/give them away immediately anyways.

A mix: I keep a list of ALL the games I have available, be they keys, links, or actual steam gifts all on a spreadsheet, along with exactly what site and bundle they are found in (and if it is key or link form), as well as things like:
-a link to the game on steam so I can look at it if needed
-number of copies
-rating% (according to user ratings thru enhanced steam)
-if it has trading cards
-is it single, coop, mp, etc
-and anything else I see that may be important, like categorizing it for specific themed giveaways I have planned (I have a Halloween one in the works right now, 15 things set aside so far), controller or not, ESRB maturity rating (if any).
-also, I make note of those games that aren't bundled and get full CV

THEN, when I have a current giveaway, I highlight that thing in pink/red so I do not loose track. Once giveaway is over, I glance at the spreadsheet, see where to find it, go to that site and get the key/link. Once sent, and the person checks as recieved, I either delete it if it was the only copy OR drop the number by 1 and unhighlight it.

I'm actually looking at it and sorting thru it alittle right now. PLUS, this makes it easy for when I do random forum drops too, or special quest giveaways where I ask people to do something and then they get to pick a game from a list I quickly compile by going thru the games.

So yeah, a mix. I leave all keys and links on their sites until I need them, but I have a list of exactly where I can find it all quick and easy. I also keep EVERY email receipt and place it in the Steam folder of my email account, just in case (or in cases like LazyGuys, I leave those on my main page and star them so they are easy to find until I need the key). I keep my email clean and organized. Things either go into their folders when I am done with them or trash; and only a handful of things stay in the main inbox if they are important or I want them handy.

Edit: I currently have around 150 keys/links/gifts, that I have been slowly massing for months, thru bundles and deals. I use HB, IndieGala, IndieRoyale, BundleStars, Groupees, and more for getting games, so I actually really DO need this system to keep track of where everything is. Plus, it makes it hella easier to find and know which games have been used since some sites don't let you know or have a box to make as "used". I also like having it organized. I have several other themed giveaways already in the plans, besides the Halloween one. Something that would not be possible if I wasn't keep such good track of all it.

I use Google drive and documents; I have MS Office but having the luxury of a single window with several tabs beats having numberous windows open. All you have to do is go there and use them. Between that, gmail, and anything else you have saved to your google account, you get roughly 15gb of storage. I have only just barely used 25% of my storage and that is only because I also have a couple movies saved, as well as a couple home videos, and some images, otherwise, my documents, gmail, and other info do not take up that much storage. And when I say other, if you use Chrome and link your gmail to your browser, it saves ALL your bookmarks. If you have any android device, you can also back up its info/data to whatever gmail you link it to.

NOW, if you would like a template, I can do that. But mind you, if you have lots of stuff or just bought a couple bundles, it can get on the tedious side to sit there and flip between that window, the bundle site, and steam store as you fill in the info. Some the info I like to have, you may decide you do not want or would want extra columns (including going as far as including the key/link if there is one). IF you really are interested in the template I use, I do not mind making one of those up quickly and sharing.

Spreadsheets are easy, and oddly enough, I actually enjoy making them and working in them. I also find it very easy to work in them and prefer it over making a table or lists when it comes to things like this. Just a little sidenote, that the only real drawback to using Google, is when it comes to sharing documents with people, there are limits on how many people can view it at one time. While this is their official statement, if you even go to the help forum and search the view limit thing, there are plenty of people who have had issues with it: only letting one or two people view and then no one else can see it after that until the "counter" resets, and all kinds of shit like that. And the couple google staff that actually go in and sometimes answer these people give BIG vague answers about viewer/sharing limits, but it doesn't add up with what is going on. So if anyone has that issue with this, please let me know and I will makes copies of a couple extra templates/sample spreadsheets and including the links.

Anyway, here is the spreadsheet template-sample. I delete most the stuff I have, only left a fraction of what I have and changed the amount I have of each on a few so you can see the formulas in work. Also, deleted most I had for the Halloween giveaway, so you guys only know a handful the games. And look all you want, but there are no keys or links to free games, only links to the game's Steam store page. I hope everything is self explanatory if you use a little commonsense and use that brain for more than a space-filler between your ears. It is very simple and straightforward. Green game is a non-bundle, red font title are ones that were freebies and thus taken off the giveaway list, and the regular links are all bundle games. You will note that bundles have tidy little lines to divide them so a little easier to tell at a quick glance what is what. TC = trading card in the themed giveaway column, if I should decide to hold a multi-game giveaway with games that have TC. And I have to giveaways active at moment (But close soon) so I left those up there, highlighted in pink/red, as I said I do when I have a giveaway active. Also note, that yes, there are 2 copies of Culling of Cows, because I bought extras of those bundles it was in because IG happy hour, so there is one copy for another date and one copy for the Halloween giveaway.

I have this strange admiration feeling right now.

I have tons of unused keys but I don't really keep them anywhere, I just let them be on the bundle sites since I've lost the will to keep track of them.

I LOVE that app; have it on my phone, Kindle, and in Chrome. So many times it has saved me, when I was out and about and needed to save info really quick on something I liked, or shopping list, or to do lists; quick reference notes for stories working on and ideas. Work schedules. Plus, you can share the note if you want.
