Help with autumn seal...

I won a 75% discount coupon for Trine 2. When I activate it, it suddenly disappeared. It's not on my inventory neither in my cart (when I try to buy the game). How can i get it again?

(Is there some chance Waldo took it to him?)

It happened to me aswell. Redeemed right after winning it and there is no trace of it, not even automatically calculated during the purchase.
The code is not usable anymore, so I hope they keep track of this and eventually fix this...

Yep, same happened to me, I figured it was just a glitch, so I went till I won a second one then the same happened so I'm done with it now.
