Yes. IIRC the developer folded, so it's unlikely that it will be patched out.

Although I guess it was dead the day it came out.

I never bought either of the games, despite really wanting them. Kind of a dumb move to buy a multiplayer game that no one will play.. So, I only ever got to play the demo of these games online on 360 but, even then, they were still a lot of fun to play.

I do have Prejudice on Steam, though, from some giveaway that I won a while ago. I just really wish there was an active community for the game so I could play and have some fun with it..

These games really deserved to have a large following behind them. It baffles me that so many great games go unplayed, yet so many mediocre ones are played every single day, non-stop, by a crap ton of people.
