Of course, you havent heard of it yet? wow, like 10k+++++ people using it,if not more.. There is even a /r/ for csgobetting, where people analyse the match and giving advices to others on who to bet. (A note: The % are the skins that have being betted on the teams,not a real wining %'s) you bet skins,give the skisn to the bot, he keeps it in him, after the match is over depends if you win you get your skins back + the value that shows you'll get in the your bets page. Depends on the % for each them, the lower % , the higher value of skins you get. If you loose, you loose the skins you betted. If you have more questions just add me,ill explain you more. Oh and you get the other guys skins which have betted on the other team,that's why when you watch twitch match, you may reguallry see "Ez skins EZ life insert team name here fanboys"

you dont actually pay.. Unless you load your wallet with PP/Card just to buy skins, i usually only use to buy weapons when a friend of mine gives me cases from time to time which i sell or farm cards..
