I'm thinking about going all out and getting a Cooler Master MegaFlow to improve my FPS while playing Battlefield 4/Crysis 3/Watchdogs, but I think the fan might be overkill. What system fan are y'all using?

I have two Noctua NF-F12 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608052&cm_re=Noctua-_-35-608-052-_-Product),if you do not really need/want a fan that has led lights, Noctua is the best(in my opinion).

i doubt a fan will increase your FPS in any game, unless your components are overheating like 80C, and even if they do, a case fan wont help that much, or at all

got a Scythe Mugen 4 on CPU, and a Nanoxia Deep Silence 80mm 700 - 1200 rpm on case (the case is cheap, basic, and old looking, and it doesnt have slots for case fans bigger than 80mm)

edit: here's what the case fan's job is: youtube video
a big case fan (200 mm like the one you wrote) will not decrease significantly, just because your cpu and gpu will be a bit cooler doesnt mean the fps will increase. using liquid nitrogen cooling wont give u 200fps on an old dualcore with an old graphics card in bf4

Pretty much this, a different case fan will not change your FPS in any way.

Unless his PC is built so crappy it underclocks to reduce heat. Which would be hilarious.

I got 4 BitFenix casefans. 2 of them with green LEDs <3
And as has been noted above me, a fan will not increase your FPS.

I have only 1 like this as an exhaust, modded to 5/7V (depending on season), following this guide.

You're not going to get improved FPS from more/better fans unless your GPU is overheating so much that it has to throttle down. Even then case fans won't help that much, it's probably a problem with GPU's fan or thermal compound or voltage.

Antec TrueQuiet Pro, both 120 and 140mm. Great fans with rubber everything. Incredibly silent and almost no vibrations.
