games where the remaining achievements left are such a fucking slog - i edit: typically lose interest quite quickly after that and move on to other games
unless i really like the game and want to finish it, but there's a lot of games i still haven't finished because of that

Think that's meant to be the premise of the game to be honest.

Origin as well.
Certainly I have been quoted saying that I would rather have genital warts than install origin on my computer.

Bruce Wayne.
Only my boredom can make me not to play a game.

GFWL, Uplay, Origin, hell even Rockstar Social Club. I eventually play the games i have that require those DRMs but it takes a while.

The point of the game is to show the brutality of a racist invasion. This is nothing compared to what happens in real war. Later in the game you have to hide in a mass grave. The game is brutal and that's how it's suppose to be.

QTE's ( Quick Time Events ) , I uninstalled Ninja Blade the second I saw QTE's.
Season Pass, I never buy a game with season pass.Only complete packs that includes Season Pass which gets at least %66 off, fuck DLC's.I cancelled some pre-purchases after devs released "pre-purchase season pass".(not really in-game but still annoying)
Hackers in online games, I delete any game that have any kind of hacks. That's why I never play BF3-4 and CoD multiplayers anymore.I own a lot of online games but I never play most of them.Hackers must die(damn it's be a nice game name).
Unskippable cinematics/credits, I mostly ALT+F4 when I come across something like this.FUCK YOU DEV, I DON'T WANT TO WATCH YOUR SHITTI CUTSCENES.I DON'T WANT TO LEARN YOUR STUPID NAMES ON CREDITS.
Sudden encounters in horror games, it's just retarded.I don't want a zombie jumping me while screaming to scare me, it's just dumb not scary. If I see something like it, I immediately uninstall the game.
Well, that's why I don't finish %70 of games I played.I'm pretty picky when it comes to "play-till-the-end" games.

RPG / story games without subtitles (not speaking about full audio localization). Some english-audio games don't even have english subtitles (english is not my native language, I need subtitles to understand voices).
Day one DLCs also often prevent me to buy a game, at least before it's GOTY or heavily discounted, but I would'nt say that it blocks me from playing the game.

Pure PvP games, i cant stand any sort of game that only focuses on PvP or the main focus was PvP and the PvE was just nothing.
Co-op/multiplayer only achievements, really will never understand why they companies think everyone has friends to be able to get these kind of achievements they bug me the most and i tend to quit a game when i find out about theses achievements.
Pay 2 Win, i can understand micro-transactions but i really dislike when they make it so that people can get a huge advantage over everyone else, Mainly the ones that basically require you to get cash shop items to get stronger in the game.
Glorified DLC Full games, this is one thing that puts me off games right away, any "game" that is identical to the previous one with basically nothing new to it should not be sold as a full price game.
Subscriptions, alot of games I have seen that have sub fees seem to be crazy high in price just to buy the base game, it really doesn't need a sub fee if they are going to do that...
Bad Remakes/Remastered, any game that makes a "remastered" with no real difference and then they sell it for 2x the price of the original game...

I did say all but.
Shovel Knight was a good game, but YCG also went well out of their way to actually stick to the retro style - good pixel art is HARD, and most indie devs just use it as an excuse to get lazy.
Personally, I wouldn't call Gunman Clive a retro game - I consider it an aesthetic, more than a gameplay style, and Gunman Clive most certainly doesn't look like a pre-6th-gen game.

Sadly, but you're right. What started as promising tags - indie games, pixel art, retro games - quite quickly turned into excuses in most cases. (Most cases: because for 5 great indie/pixel/retrois game there is at least 20 shitty, badly coded, unoriginal heap of mess)

When this game has bad reviews,i check them, and if they sound strong to me,i will not play/buy the game. Another thing: F2P games with P2W system and other ones with poor execution,i just play em to find why users saying it,then uninstall it.

QTE. I have been playing Fahrenheit (Indigo Prophecy) and just got so bored and frustrated with those QTE scenes that seemed to last forever I decided to uninstall it. I don't like changes in UI in games' sequels. If it's only esthetics - no problem, but changes like ammo in Mass Effects was just stupid (not saying better or worse - they just changed it without any explanation). The third thing that grinds my gears is poor optimization (LA Noire - a fine game but it just don't work well).
And I get your point about Homefront but after playing SpecOps I've learned that maybe sometimes it's good to give it a try and see if that particular sequence maybe makes actually more sense than just presenting pure and pointless violence.

Hated horror game or with pointless violence (exception only if it has a co-op and this wanted my lover).
Too much ugly game for me and what I have in my collection it's The Darkness II and FEAR, can't play this. Exception - The Binding of Isaac, but play this when I have a very depressed mood.

Hey! Are there any things that instantly blocked the game for you? Like some character does something and when you see that, you just don't want to play the game any more. I had something like that today. My friend gave me Homefront (Thank you!) and I decided to watch a bit of gameplay of it. There was some war which is pretty okay for me (It's only okay in games) so that didn't block the game for me. Then there was a lot of beating and shooting which is also okay in my opinion (In games), but then I saw something that blocked the game for me. It may be stupid in your opinion, but this is why I don't want to play this game any more. If you've had something that blocked the game for you, post it here :)
