I'm wondering if one's point accumulation could be dynamically based on points spent vs # of times won. If someone has one then they accumulate 5% of the points entered but if I've been entering for 2 months and haven't won anything then my point accumulation rate would raise maybe to 20% or so? This would help level off winners and keep people interested. As someone spends more points then their accumulation rate slowly rises back up. It keeps people from hoarding points and helps everyone win something at some point.
