not getting my giveaway prize

so i won a payday2 dlc giveaway and when i tried to add that person it shows that he hasn't been online for almost 2 weeks and he doesn't even have the dlc in his inventory. also he has became a member for 1 year and haven't entre a single giveaway ?! i know i have to wait a week but it has only been 4 days but i think it is unlikely that i would get the dlc, see if i don't ge it want would steamgifts do?

If you don't get it, mark as 'Not Received' after the week and go on with life. No one else will give you it.

Pff, I gave an answer. It had the relevant information. I had assumed from your last line that you would expect SteamGifts to give you the win instead.

At least its only a DLC anyway. I had Saints Row 4 in my Not Received list.

I'm sorry,I guess it was a misunderstand for both Of us, I just wonder steamgifts would ban him or something like that but it dose seems a bit unfriendly when you told me to get on with my life and no one is going to give it too me , And I don't expect steamgift to give me any thing

Give it time. You shouldn't assume he won't give you the gift even if it seems obvious. If he doesn't give it to you then just mark it as not received. That is about all you can do.

Nobody has to send you anything and points are free, if you dont receive anything until 7 days mark as not received and move on.
And btw its not unusual to make giveaways with keys and your text sounds like youre stalking the creator.

Sorry but I don't really get what you mean by making giveaway by keys and I'm stalking the creator?i just click on his profile to add him on steam and you say I'm stalking him? After three days he still hasn't contact me so I just wonder if he has still got the dlc and you called me a stalker?

Keys are CD keys you can enter in Steam, from sites like Amazon or Greenman Games. They don't show up in your inventory.

No clue if you can, but its still something that should be considered. A lot of games and DLCs are on other sites.
