DO NOT SUBMIT A GAME AND BE ALL LIKE "Oh, this is a Steam Account I'm giving away, lawl"

Only submit giftable Steam games.

Maybe Steamgifts needs a banner with a motto across the top of the page or something.

Steamgifts: Where you can giveaway and win games that are giftable through Steam. Have other things to give away? Find a different fucking place!

Giving away Steam accounts is against the Steam Subscriber Agreement too. Anybody that see's such giveaways please inform myself, Cult or CG and we shall forward that person's account information to Valve.

simply ban the person trying 'gift' username,
first try 7 days ban and lost of all 'trusted' statuses if and when they implemented
second time permanent ban ...
