Cool, if I get one, gonna save it until I get the game :D

If this trash AMD app decides to work.

Nope, it says me this, AMD Raptr app besides being trash app already, now doesn't like to give me anything, wtf:
"Well darn. Looks like there may be something wrong with your account, please send an email to disqualified@raptr.com describing what it is you were doing and we'll get to it as quickly as we can!"

I don't even use this app, because the last time I used, it was when AMD teamed up with them, and you could win prizes, like 0.03% or less chances to something, I also tried to optimize my games, which broke my settings, and their recording software, generally the experience of their app was very bad, so I stopped using it, AMD could team up with somebody else and make us at least a decent Gaming Software, but n0p3, I regret getting the Radeon HD 7950 instead of GTX 760 the last year, for several reasons, since it was just 20€ more, and the software and driver are a way much better.

Does anyone know why it doesn't work? If I don't even use it, I see no reason to get disqualified, but I have the points, I also found "Order must be restored with AMD Radeon™ R9 Series graphics.", but it doesn't work on other rewards too :/

That's the problem "as long as i can win something", it's supposed to be a Gaming Software, where you can have decent Streaming/Recording, games optimization(which currently is shit), Downsampling support(currently not) and more nice features, which Nvidia software has, not win free stuff where thousands of ppl enter, and full of shitty ads to get more points and spam your email, at least Raptr stopped spamming that much ppl's email, they used to massively do this before teaming with AMD. Lately I'm very disappointed with AMD.

Will this even work if you're running on an nvidia card?
-edit- You got it without downloading the client? How?

-re-edit-
As stated below, all you need to do is sign up to the raptr website. 500 points should be allocated to you automatically. However this can bug out, so I actually recommend booting up Internet Explorer for this. As this is website stuff only this will work even if you have an nvidia card. Hell it'll even work if you don't yet have Dragon Age: The Spaniards. Thanks to the folks below for clarifying the situation.

Whelp. Didn't get 500. By doing a bunch of other things I managed to get 385 so far.

-edit- Looks like this isn't an uncommon issue. Signed up for another account under an alternate email. Actually, I wonder if stuff like 10minutemail would be sufficient for this.
