Where to get Borderlands 2

You can find RU keys on any of the russian sites (cddiski.ru, gama-gama.ru, yuplay.ru etc) for around 499-599 rubles ($17-20) or you can get RoW version from steamtrades or other trade site for around $15-20 from someone who has keys from the gamersgate 4-pack price glitch or the MSI promo.

Keep in mind, the RU keys can only be activated in Russia.

It has 2 copies inside. Fully Russian and Europe version. Russian version multi player will find only Russian servers

There's a guy selling keys for BL2 that come with the pre-order bonus/Mechromancer DLC for $15, or $50 for a four-pack over at the newly reinstated Hookups group. You'll have to join the group (if you aren't a member already) and check the discussions to access the deal.
