Profile not increasing Value

Hey guys so i have been gifting like 100$ of codes that i had lying there and im stuck in 30$ value i have send a ticket to support and well they havent answered so here i am writing to you. Why I can't increase my profile value? and please check the profile before saying something dumb as ''you have to gift games to increase your value..''

You do have to gift games, though, only they have to be non-bundle games (look for the * on the 'create a giveaway' list)
