If someone puts up a Children of the Nile giveaway (no, not Alexandria, the base game), I'll put up a giveaway for World of Goo for two days. If two people do it, the next matching giveaway will be a copy of Fallout: New Vegas. I won't make them contributor giveaways unless the Nile ones are, either, so it'll be essentially on your terms, gifters.

And if we hit four Nile giveaways started in the next week, I'll put a copy of ARMA II: Combined Operations up with a contributor value set to the lowest contributor value of the people creating Nile giveaways, as an extra incentive (because everyone wants DayZ, it seems).

Just saw this thread and it's a great idea! I'd like to join this operation for the good cause if that's okay.
I already created two CotN giveaways (and elix already made his giveaways as well: World of Goo, Fallout).
If we get to three giveaways by the end of next week, I'll make a Zero Gear giveaway. If we get to four, I'll make a Torchlight 2 giveaway. :)

As I mentioned in this giveaway I created earlier, Operation Alexandria Orphans is under way! Won't someone think of the orphan DLC?
In all seriousness, CotN is a neglected gem of a city-building game, and I think it deserves more attention. Tilted Mill deserves our support, and I think SteamGifts is big enough to make it happen. We've all seen the Alexandria giveaways with 0 entries and 30+ comments, and every so often someone actually enters an Alexandria giveaway. Sometimes there's even competition between two or (craziness!) three people.
Contributors, I'm calling on you to buy a copy of CotN and bring it to SG. Make whatever type of giveaway you like, just make the giveaway. Let's make the Nile bloom with new life.
I would love if Tilted Mill actually noticed a spike in sales such that they discovered that we were pushing momentum behind their game. More copies in more hands will likely spur on more giveaways. Even if we don't make a difference in Tilted Mill's sales numbers, it'll at least make the Alexandria giveaways more exciting.
