Borderlands 2 GOTY RU is ROW too !?

Damn, if that is so i have to contact my trader...

EDIT: yep, GOTY is locked too because of locked base game.

EDIT 2: damn, im still not sure cause there are 2 library entries.

better just get row copy from a trader for 4 keys ;)

Thanks Man, i got the Borderlands 2 SHIFT key!

It wasn't locked during the Summer Sale, I bought and activated Borderlands 2 GOTY as well as the XCOM EU + The Bureau bundle (this was before The Bureau was bundled), neither are purchase locked.

As for my experience, i activated a RU key and the game works fine: you get two BL2 library entries, one of which is marked as "Borderlands 2 RU". Never tested it, but the other works great and it's multilanguage.

I don't know if the GOTY version is different, but if it activates, you can play it nevertheless.

Wow, it wasn't region locked back in Summer Sale. I got Bioshock Triple Pack for $6 back then.

Well its weird I activated it and it shows Borderlands 2 Game of the Year (no Ru $hit) or anything and I only payed 5$ xD.
Well I have a seller who sells ROW (no RU copies) at 2.5 tf2 keys Here.

By the way, is GOTY contains all primary DLC (campaign, level limits)?

There are 2 versions. The plain, grey one from Russia with a RU tag and there is a Ukrainian one that is blue in colour and has no tags.
