It has probably increased fairly substantially since everything opened up.
A lot of the 'it took me X long/entries' are still based in older numbers, with fewer people entering. I don't think anybody should be on this site expecting to win anything at this point. Just hang out for the community, and the compulsive desire to spend points and hope for free stuff from cool people.

My original calculations were based on typical numbers of entries and my rate of entering in the first month or so I was here, and those numbers are still fairly close to what one could expect currently. I wound up with a rough estimate of one win every three to six months on average. To account for the relatively slight increase in entries in the interim, I gave the high end of that estimate and referred to it as a favorable rate of winning instead of a high extreme of the scale, so it should likely still be fairly accurate. In short, I accounted for, "older numbers," as you put it. I tend to try and avoid giving people false hope, so I gave an estimate which, I think, should prepare one for an even longer wait than could be expected. To put it in perspective, I believe this site has only been around for about nine months, so, going by my estimate, anyone here with more than one win, or even just one win, could be considered to be doing, "pretty good," as I said.

i've had 3 wins all public, seem to win around every 2 weeks. i only enter givaways that are games i want to play (i know lots of poeple enter everything if they have the points), have less than 350 entries and are closing in less than an hour (increases your chances when there are less entries).

You can expect it every time you enter a giveaway, with the probability equal to the number of gifts divided by the number of entries. You won't get any answer more accurate than that.
