Random games in library / not letting me enter give-away.

Hello people,

I would just like to ask for some help here...

I wanted to enter a give-away for Payday 2 and XCOM, but it didn't let me because "this item is already in your account"
(which it isn't). I haven't purchased it and nobody gifted it to me, I was just wondering where this came from. I have a feeling it's from the "Free Weekend Weekend" thing, but since that's over, shouldn't it be gone?
