Desura Freedom Friday:4 Free Games

They've been doing this for many months, I guess most Desura users know about it. But thanks for taking the time to do a post.
I already have too many games in desura, so I tend to just skip these.

Personally I am not going to be getting any of these games, but thanks for pointing this out :)

ps. i think it will give me more fun than all medieval bundle from groupees which i bought in preorder and it's my most regreted buy so far

First game released this Friday is Holyspirit for Windows. Holyspirit is a 2D isometric hack'n'slash game. A hack'n'Slash is an action role playing game, like Diablo. You play a Holyspirit, which is an old corrupted soul who has been enlisted in God's army. You must liberate the country from the evil who has been unleashed against the living ones.

Second release is Urban Terror for Windows, Mac and Linux. Urban Terror is a free multiplayer first person shooter developed by FrozenSand, that (thanks to the ioquake3-code) does not require Quake III Arena anymore. It is available for Windows, Linux and Macintosh. Urban Terror can be described as a Hollywood tactical shooter; somewhat realism based, but the motto is "fun over realism". This results in a very unique, enjoyable and addictive game.

Third release is Spooky's House of Jump Scares for Windows. Can you survive 1000 rooms of cute terror? Or will you break once the cuteness starts to fade off and your running for your life from the unspeakable hideous beings that shake and writhe in bowels of this house? They wait for you, they wait and hunger for meeting you. They long to finally meet you and show you how flexible your skin can be after it has soaked in blood. Will you brave this journey, will you set to beat the impossible, the insane, and the incorporeal?

The final release we have is Music of the Spheres for Windows. Music of the Spheres is a puzzle-shooter about bouncing bullets, Islamic art, and sound. In it you can fire bullets which bounce, and when they bounce, a specific glockenspiel note is played.

That simple premise gives rise to a lot of strategies, and the levels are designed to bring those strategies out. The way they do that is more “puzzle” than “shooter” - the game does not require many reflexes or risks. It just requires thoughtfulness and precision. It is intended express things concisely, and wordlessly - you do not have to be able to speak any language in order to play this game.

Game number one is Diamond Deeps for Windows. Diamond Deeps is an arcade action game that involves a lone miner collecting diamonds from within a dungeon. Collecting the diamonds is easy enough, but avoiding the angry ghost chasing you makes it much, much harder! Luckily you also have a freeze-trap in addition to the mining pick in your bag of tools so you can freeze the ghost and evade them as much as possible while trying to gather the gems as quickly as you can.

Number two is New Outbreak for Windows. New Outbreak is 2D Top Down survival game. Sandbox open world offers you many ways how to survive. You will need basic needs such as food or water from looting buildings and houses. When all the supplies are gone, your only chance is hunting and farming. Trade guns or craft various things.

Thirdly we have Dungeon Nightmares for Windows. Every night you go to bed, you find yourself in an endless nightmare that you must escape from. The dungeon is littered with items for you to collect, including Candles that help light up your path. But be warned, you will not be alone in there. You must survive each night and progress to another to find more clues about this nightmare. What do these nightmares mean? Who is that girl? this is something for you to find out…

Lastly we have The Princess for Windows. The Princess is a top down RPG where within the game where you must save a princess who was kidnapped by monsters and taken to a pyramid! Save her!

Freedom Friday is upon us again. We have four great free games for you to enjoy without spending a dime:
