It is possible but I don't trust this site, they also stated that Final Fantasy 15 will be coming to be PC, without giving much evidence, although that is also possible it came out of the blue and the aren't the most credible.

Seems.. fake to be honest. Do I want it to hit PC? Yes.. Yes I do. I loved playing it on the console. ( Though I have not payed the undead version they came out with later on.. I want to tho :P )
