Happen to me also, I told the guy I did not get a key from to ask for a re-roll. (I have decided to make a ticket just in case about a re-roll.)

Probably contact Support, tell them what happened, and ask them to re-roll the winner of the giveaway that you didn't accept the gift from.

This happened to me yesterday. Just contact support and they'll reroll the winner. Unfortunately, the reroll fails sometimes, and you have to send in another support ticket if you win the first reroll, which is what happened to me. The 2nd reroll finally fixed everything.
