It seems a bit more open to abuse, but it would be fun.

eh, seems kind of like begging. The idea is to have a place where you can give away extra copies and games on supersale to people who would actually make use of them. This seems like indirect begging/asking for games. I'm 50/50

Creator sets a price and the winner selects a game with that price.

Why not just put up some cheap game or something and say in the description the winner will get "super makeover fun times" and whatever their heart desires?
