Because you technically need to be invited in order to play it. Granted, invites a dime a dozen, but it's not like he can just visit the Steam store and click "install now."

why the hell do you suspend ppl asking for that game lol
the ones that had a ton of gifts in the inventory like me were happy to give them away
they send 4 + 4 +2 at least to me ... just so you dont ask and get suspended by bobofatt, i dont have any left, gave them away
its a beta gift anyway and it will be free

Begging is asking to be given any sort of gift/key/item/etc that hasn't been explicitly offered, and without returning any sort of compensation (which would be trading, also not allowed).

In this case, the OP was wondering why he received these. He wasn't offering them up to give away.

but yea technically he didnt make a thread asking for ppl that want it
the game however is still a free game and you cant just delete the gifts from steam

and as you can see the thread become a thread for ppl to give others that game :D
