was looking around the store page and didn't really know how to tell if it runs on linux or not but. Sonic the Hedgehog games run with a score system at the end.

Edit: also FTL: Faster than Light

this game looks like designed for a sort of competition.

Shatter
Super Hexagon
Savant - Ascent
Receiver (doesn't really have a complex score, just how far you got from 0-11, but it's such a great game)
The Puppygames games: Revenge of the Titans, Ultratron, Titan Attacks!, Droid Assault
And to second other people: Beat Hazard, AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! for the Awesome, FTL (several hours), Race The Sun

Definitely anything from the BIT.TRIP Series.

Also Joe Danger 2: The Movie and Trials.

I can't say for sure these all have Linux support, but definitely worth a look.
