I can lol I watch the English dub of Naruto Shippuden and I refuse to watch the sub version, and we are WAAAY behind, I am used of the voice actors and I have seen spoilers of small things already which sucks but I got over them very quick!

Game activation is region locked, game it self is not, yes I checked it on SteamDB.

Seems you're late to buy this game, when it released you could activate a RU copy with VPN or ask a friend and game remained ROW, but not anymore, seems they saw ppl getting the game cheaper and blocked this too.

The "NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Ultimate Ninja STORM Revolution" says:
"Notice: Purchases made in Russian Federation can only be added to your library if you are in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Republic of Moldova, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan."
Nothing about game itself being region lock. This means game it self is ROW but activation is blocked, and in first Naruto game activation and play both are blocked, but I don't recommend you using VPN to activate this last Naruto game.

My question is would the game be playable? Dark Souls 2 has a similar lock, does someone has experience with this type of region lock? Are the games playable out of Russia after being added to your library. Because if its not playable steam explicitly states the same on the store page,example Metal Gear Rising Revengeance.
