The game was already bundled, or it would have been after this. I see no problem with getting a copy and wanting to give it away (even if almost anyone can get one for free). Getting lots of copies just to try and gain lots of CV on the other hand...

probaby, but here enters ban from mods - and they cant say no one told them not to do that - simple

everything has to be written when making a GA, ppl are stupid
if you need check few boxes before making a GA (sth like that 1. game was not gaind free, 2 game is not region locked etc) maybe you will think what you are doing, you are not learning, ban after 2-3 times, or sth like that
why you complicate simple things ?

every dev will tell you dont cheat in multiplayer, and you are talking about obvious things, a bit different than situation here (some ppl cheat but some doeasnt understand how it works)
some will cheat nomater what - so deserves ban
some need education, meaning they need info before creating ga, if that wont work - ban after third strike ;)
