A report button? Not often will 25 games @ 60.00 a piece be given out. This feature would allow the community to police giveaways and check steam profiles and bring attention to the mods.

Expanding on the above, I think a general 'report this page' button would be quite handy as it could be used all over the site. Give a small field to explain the problem in and have the page the button was pressed on be saved along with the message and the time of day etc.

What is needed is something like this. This is for sure. As of right now, anyone can troll the system without limits.

Agreed.
A Flag option I think would be better that changes the giveaway background red with a warning stamp on it. "THIS GIVEAWAY HAS BEEN FLAGGED BY THE COMMUNITY blah blah points refunded blah blah"
