Well all I can think of is a Nikon D3200.(http://www.amazon.com/Nikon-Digital-18-55mm-3-5-5-6-NIKKOR/dp/B007VGGFZU) Don't know your budget, inexpensive is broad for cameras.

casio exilim ones are awesome

I have an EX-ZR10, which I got cheap on an amazon sale and don't regret it getting one.
For normal daily usage the pictures have a great quality and the camera is quite handy, also all settings etc. are easy to understand.
If you want something more proffessional you need a reflex camera, but be aware you have to know how to handle it to get great results. (also reflex cameras aren't inexpennsive!)

200$? How about Fujifilm EXR F770 or similar? =) I love it, it's very light, has beautiful colors, 20x zoom, and the quality is on par with more expensive and/or bigger cameras ;) Here are couple examples:
Zoom, Another zoom;
Shooting in low light, Shooting at night, Sunset1, Sunset2

They all were taken by me ;) Here's the album with photos I personally shot on F770: Link

As for the prices - they vary from 150$ to 300$, generally =)

Very nice. I miss my old digital camera; it died years ago.

Unfortunately, I bought a Nikon film SLR mere months before they quit making film cameras and went almost exclusively digital. :/ All that money... I could have picked up an SLR on the cheap, since the prices surely went down after that.

I'm sorry. I say this in advance because this may be construed as mean...
But... Are you serious OP?
You ask for "amazing quality videos & pictures" as well as "very good zoom, and maintains quality while zooming" all while your first stipulation is that it be cheap - specifically limiting it to under $200, but shooting for under $100.

Do you even understand what you're doing there? That's basically like a person walking in and saying "I want the features of an $80,000 luxury sports car, with all the gimmicks please. By the way, I refuse to pay more than $20,000, but really I'm shooting for under $10,000"

A camera that meets your actual statements, as in having what can truly be called "amazing" picture and video quality, with reasonable optical zoom... You're probably looking at $600 minimum to crack what people would accept as "amazing" and it's more likely you're going to have to look to cameras in the $1500+ range really.

Instead, what you're actually asking for is the best quality budget starter camera you can find. As other's have mentioned already, you're probably best off with checking into Canon and Nikon. Fuji's were always good in 35mm, but I'm not really sure how well they stack up in digitals. What I'd advise you to do is actually go in to a store and check out a number of different models, hands on. There are too many differences with color saturation, motion sensitivities, blur, and so on. You could be recommended an absolutely fantastic camera, but then find out it's largely just not right for you because you shake slightly while holding it and it's sensitive to motion blur, or that the button placement is awkward for you, or that you don't like the colors it captures, etc. Go in and play with a few, find something that meets your needs as best you can, and then turn around and look for it and comparable models online for a better price.
