It's normal with bundles and nothing to be concerned about. Apparently the geniuses at Valve haven't figured out yet that once they delete a bundle they should leave the inventory image asset available for those people that still have it.

Probably has to do with ongoing DLC releases. The next time they sell the franchise pack there will be more stuff in it, so they'll recreate it when they have to.
