A tiny part of me wants to find a way to enter this... just so I could win it as a joke (I already own it.) But then the rest of me doesn't want to get suspended or banned, so this comment will have to do.
I can not understand why people do this. When I add game to my account /because I have bought or won / I immediately push synchronize. It's that easy.

I'm OCD about that, too. ESPECIALLY if I know I bought something that I might have entered a giveaway for. But mostly so that the giveaways are filtered and I don't accidentally enter one for a game I already have.
I do not know, maybe some people deliberately do not synchronize their accounts. Just I do not have explanation for this phenomenon: it takes you no more than 10 seconds to synchronize and benefits are for both sides.
Of course you (and support) will reroll till you are out of possible winners. That happened to me once, and support then deleted my giveaway. my GA only had 2 entries though
