All you need to do is register for GamersGate.
that way your game is registered on two sites (GG & Steam)

If it's really that big a deal the winner can let me know and I'll see about making a dummy account to activate the code and send that but this would be easier to maintain. Winner does receive an email with all the instructions but at the end of the day you'll get the game on your steam account.
