Edit: So... it might not be that bad afterall. I think it did get a patch. I just reinstalled it for fun from my Steam Backup and it actually had to download some data. It seemed to remove the HL2 folder and it seems more stable... odd!

Let's see. We didn't make it, it was outsourced to a developer which lost it's main team during development. The game isn't finished it's really more an early beta with a final tag slapped on it. Oh and it has a DRM that makes it so you can't install it more than three times.... also it hates Windows 7 and 8 without user patches. If you ignore all that... then the answer is still yes.
