Strangest of things happen everywhere. It's all about perception. Japanese culture just seems to nurture a lot of stuff that may be considered odd by westerners. However… Although, while this M/V was produced for the Japanese market, the group itself is from South Korea, and they are just as quirky in their homeland. ^^'
The power of J-POP influence can't be denied though…

Watched that first video you linked in it's entirety. It has a weird charme to it that made it impossible to look away. That second video tho... Oh my.
Makes me wonder whatever the person responsible for their outifts was thinking, lol.
