I post a similar message on all my giveaways. Especially because Thank you spamming makes it difficult to find an read the 'real' comments, that have something to say.

You entered most, if not all the giveaways I created 3 days ago and left the exact same thank you message on all of them. The ones in the image linked here aren't even all of them, because they are divided on two pages.

Obviously I checked not only your profile, but that of all the users who behaved this way too. I had twelve pages of basic "thank you"s. That's like 150-200 comments, I don't know. The notification stops counting after 99. You can imagine how annoying it is AND suspicious. Especially after what you wrote about leaving automatic messages. Steamgifts has no setting for something like that.

Let this be a learning experience. You will remain blacklisted for now. But this is a two way road. You can't enter my giveaways but I can't enter yours either. However none of us will lose anything. Me, because in your 5 years here, you never gave away anything. And you, because I also learned my lesson; no more Level 0 giveaways for a very long time. Too many autojoiners.

Anyway, I occasionally check my blacklist and shorten it, because some users' behaviour changes over time and their profile reflects that.

And don't worry about blacklists. There are still plenty of games to go around here. Me, I was blacklisted more in the last couple of days than in all my time on Steamgifts put together. Some users did not appreciate that I am flooding the platform with cheap or NSFW games. And that's their choice. We all have our preferences.

If you are using autojoiners or anything else that might be frowned upon, stop it, and use the platform as it was intended to be used. This is a great place to be and socialize, to learn about new games and share about any interest you might have other than gaming.

I love Steamgifts and the large variety of people you can meet here. Be respectful to them as you might be respectful to people in real life and everything will be fine. I won't reply to anything else here. But I though you also deserve to read my thoughts since you took all this effort to leave me a message.
