I've heard that in some cases they may give a one-time-only refund if you are lucky. Anyway, regardless of what anyone thinks of EA and Origin, this why their new "Great Game Guarantee" is a step in the right direction.

How do you ask for a refund? Theres no option when I make a ticket.

I mean, I went to make a ticket, and selected Grim Dawn, but where is the option to pick refund?

Steam Support offered me refunds on steam gift games or ones that haven't run yet. If you haven't played much at all < 30mins, I guess you could google search an error message and say it's not running on your system due to compatible problems? Aka using the Win Vista or Win 8 piece of game incompatible crap...

Does steam/valve do refunds for games that you bought, but don't like?
I just bought Grim Dawn, and I just don't like it. I know its in alpha/beta, but still.
Is there anyway to get a refund for it?
