Google Pixel XL is obviously better.
It has a much larger screen (5.5" vs. 4") and much bigger battery capacity (3450 mAh vs. 1642 mAh).
AND AMOLED screen (instead of IPS on the iPhone)
In addition to having more capacity and memory ...

The camera of the Google phone is easily superior and so are all the other things what you like about a phone.

iPhones give assholes money. Don't buy them.

It's not Android vs Iphone, it's phone vs phone for their performance, battery capacity and so on.

Yeah, some people are just acting like: "iPhone? No!" Without any reason.
If we are talking about the models. I'd say Google Pixel XL by specifications, but I've never used it before. Android is more flexible, but iOS has better performance imo.

An iPhone SE? It's damn old tech (basically an iPhone 6 in an iPhone 5 shell)

As a person who has only ever had iPhones until getting my very first Android phone, a Pixel 3a, a few months ago, I am so glad I switched. Get the Pixel! The 3 and 3 XL are both $300 off right now.

check the specs.
Google Pixel XL
Apple iPhone SE

i'd go with the pixel. screen, battery, ram, but the best reason: NO APPLE-TRASH.

Got my last phone like that. Samsung S8.. It was on sale for half a price. Only reason I upgraded from some kind of LG phone that I got secondhand :D

I have Iphone SE and I can exchange it to Pixel XL 1:1. That's why I'm asking which is better.

Personally I`d go for the Pixel due to size of screen...
I use GPS a lot, use my email and everything from my phone.. lately been downloading and playing games.. If its under 5 inches I dont pay much attention.. I suppose its due to habit as my last phone which was under 5 inches in size was probably 10 years ago..

Also Im not much of a fan of apple products at all. I wouldnt mind using them, but I would get phone if I had Mac or if I got it as a work phone and wouldnt need to pay myself for it.
Hard to say about camera - its important to me. Would choose the one with most features and acclaimed quality of camera..

PS. generally talking I find modern phones as such highly undesirable. They break easy, screens are overly touchy to blows and scratches. Software keeps on fucking up. Glitches now and then. Low cost implementations of water proofing and such is pain in the ass. Consider all these phones come from china. Lets just say manufacturing standard isnt high there... Problems with charging ports, now you cant even get headphone jack in some new phones and those who have it have problems with them..
Im not the most careful user of my appliances but I expect more when they ask small fortune for such fragile piece of technology.

It's not just about specs, but about the overall experience.
If you've never had one, ask a friend to borrow an android phone. play around with it for a few days, if possible. Get a feel for what Android is like.

Personally, I prefer iOS over Android, and I find that the UI more than makes up for somewhat lesser hardware. But that's me. Other people care more about hardware, or prefer the Android experience.
