Only the 2 highest mod ranks can close threads and, if i don't remember me wrong, only the highest ones (= 3 mods [more or less only 1 active from them]) can edit a text.
In the end are around 2 mods active (in the way of handling tickets) from the full staff, thats it.
With other words, "good luck" that this few mods handle the ticket and have time to close/edit a thread.
